ABOUT US

King Quesabirria started with one idea: bring real Birria Estilo Jalisco to Hayward. No shortcuts. The meat cooks low and slow for hours, the tortillas get dipped and crisped on the plancha, and the consommé comes on the side, the way it should.
From late-night quesabirrias to birria ramen, it's the food we grew up on. Now it's yours too.

OUR MENU

Start with the quesabirria. Crispy, cheesy, and dipped in consommé. Then try the birria ramen, our most-loved bowl on a cold night. Tacos, tortas, and burritos round it out. Everything is made fresh on the plancha, every night.

Firefighter Gear Station

THE FOOD TRUCK

Before it served birria, this truck served Alameda County as a fire truck. When it retired, we gave it a second life. Same truck, same community, now showing up every night with quesabirrias instead of sirens.
We have huge respect for the firefighters who keep this county safe. This truck is our way of honoring them.
